Richelle Real Ong or “Chef Rich” is one inspiring and passionate lady in her pursuit of bringing joy in the hearts of those she decorates her wonderfully crafted cakes and pastries.

Chef Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and ever since has always been interested in the baking and confectionery arts. Even while she works as a young Marketing Assistant, she would attend various baking and confectionery art workshops and seminars.

After almost a decade long stint as a Marketing professional, she found her gift in her family and passion inside the kitchen…..Baking and Decorating. She honed her talents by learning with the Icons and Best Mentors in the Philippines and eventually set up her own cake decorating business supplying 3D gumpaste cake and cupcake toppers and customized cakes.

Known for her beautiful and intricate creations and eye for detail, she is often invited as guest demonstrator and instructor for various cake decorating workshops/seminars especially for BAKELS Philippines Inc. and Official Facebook Fan Page: Bakels Philippines, Inc.

As Bakels Pettinice Ambassador, she conducts various fondant decorating and 3D Gumpaste modeling workshops. She focuses on teaching her students well with heart and localizing content to adapt to the tastes and flavors of the clients.
