3. Create edible realistic moss using cookies

With thanks to Carrie Sellman from the thecakeblog.com. She creates it in a cookie, but I can see this texture also working by pressing onto a fondant covered cake with texture. Use Pettinice ratio calculator to combine YELLOW and PURPLE to get the perfect 9:1 or 10:1 under coat shade of moss .

7. Cute little Easter chick fondant topper

8. Grab those large supermarket chocolate eggs and make them Easter fabulous!

 

Verusca Walker is full of great Easter ideas. At 7 minutes, she shows how she uses fondant to revamp those plain chocolate eggs into sweet bunny and chicks. Love it!

The Pink Whisk ha created the cutest step-by-step tutorial for creating these sweet little chocolate egg lambs. If you want to skip the royal icing details, you can instead emboss a square of fondant as shown in our vintage cupcake tutorials and cover the body.
