Cover with Pettinice fondant and begin to fan out the pleats
Continue using the fat part of your palm to smooth your Pettinice onto your cupcakes
Use a sharp knife to trim excess fondant, and tuck it neatly underneath.
Use your thumbs to indent the eye sockets.
Use your leaf tool to make nose indentations.
Next, indent below the eye socket to create a jaw line.
Use a pinched straw, or small cutter to quickly indent a line of oval teeth
Use a large ball tool, end of a small round rolling pin, or your knuckle to indent under the cheek as shown.
Use your dresden tool to define the jaw bone
OOooo cupcake skull is looking spooky!
Create deep grooves around the eye socket and create cracks
Create more cracks on the top of the skull
Add some water to Pettinice black fondant and use it for painting
Continue using your black fondant too add more shading
Paint shading by painting with a wet ball of black Pettinice
Be sure to not over saturate your skull with water when painting. If you use a light touch, your skull will dry much quicker.

Create worm segment texture with a knife
Cut your worm in half and use a little bit of water to stick them in place.
